The standard rate applies to a stay with up to 14 guests. All amounts are per night unless stated otherwise.

50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation. The balance and the security deposit by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival.
Free up to 60 days before arrival. 60 to 30 days: 50%. Less than 30 days or no-show: 100%.

Arrival & stay
Guests & visitors. Only registered guests have access. The villa is exclusively for your group; visitors are not allowed.
Linen & towels. On arrival the beds are made and towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and tea towels are ready for you.
Pets. Pets are not allowed.
Peace, smoking & noise
Please be considerate of our neighbours and the quiet surroundings. From 22:00 it is quiet outside; music and other disturbing noise are not allowed.
Not a party venue. Parties, events, loud music and other nuisance are not allowed. In case of serious or repeated nuisance, the stay may be ended immediately without refund.
Smoking & open fire. No smoking or open fire indoors. Because of the dry surroundings, please be extremely careful with the barbecue and candles. Put cigarettes out completely in the ashtrays.
By the pool
Rinse off first. Rinse off sunscreen and oil before swimming, to keep the water clean.
No glass. Glass is strictly forbidden in and around the pool. Plastic glasses are available.
Supervise children. Children are always supervised by an adult at the pool.
No diving or running in and around the pool.
